One partner, from first sketch to the tested part in your hand.

Croslynk Engineering House runs every stage of the component lifecycle under one roof — design, 3D modeling, FEA simulation, tooling & molding, and full mechanical testing — so what leaves our floor has already been proven, not just produced.

THE CROSLYNK LINE

Six stages. One continuous line.

Every project moves through the same sequence — each stage is a dedicated page with its own methods, tools and deliverables.

MATERIALS WE MASTER

Four elastomer families, one process discipline.

NR / SBR / EPDM

Rubber

Compression & transfer molding for bushes, pads, bumpers and anti-vibration mounts. 40–90 Shore A.

Hot-cast & TDI/MDI

Polyurethane

Cast PU for high-load, abrasion-critical parts — rollers, scrapers, suspension elements. Up to 95 Shore A.

Injection molded

TPU

Thermoplastic PU for repeatable, high-volume precision parts with excellent tear strength.

Injection molded

TPE

Soft-touch, recyclable thermoplastic elastomers for seals, grips and overmolded components.

HOW TO WORK WITH US

Three steps from file to tested part.

STEP 1

Upload your file — or just a drawing

STEP, STL, SLDPRT, PDF or a photographed sketch. No file? Croslynk.AI turns a description into a model.

STEP 2

Get a quote + DFM feedback

Start with the instant estimator; within 48 hours you get the firm price, lead time, moldability review and material recommendation.

STEP 3

Parts delivered — with data

Every shipment carries its inspection report; validation parts carry stiffness curves and test certificates. Proven, not just produced.

HOW ABOUT FACE TIME?

FAQ

Common questions

How do I know my design can actually be molded?

Upload it on the Simulation page — the Validate tab checks manifold integrity, wall thickness and undercuts instantly in your browser. For anything borderline, our engineers do a manual DFM review with your quote, free.

Can I order just one stage — say, only testing or only a mold?

Yes. Every stage sells separately: design, CAD, simulation, tooling, molding, machining, 3D printing or testing. Each stage page has its own quote form.

How fast can you deliver?

3D printed prototypes from 48 hours; machined parts from 5 working days; a new mold with first-article elastomer parts typically 3–5 weeks depending on cavity count.

Do you provide test reports and material certificates?

Yes — every batch ships with hardness and dimensional checks; validation programs include stiffness curves, compression set and fatigue reports from our in-house rigs, plus raw-material batch certificates.

What makes Croslynk different from on-demand manufacturing platforms?

Platforms broker your part to an anonymous shop. We engineer it: the same team that simulates your part cuts the mold, molds it and hands you the test data — one accountable owner from sketch to certificate.
